Be advised

I recently had an examination and a clean at the Olney Dental Surgery on the square in Olney. The procedures took all of fifteen minutes in total and for that I was charged what I consider the outrageous some of £80.00.

I have advised them that they have priced themselves out of my league and I suspect that I am not the first to do so.

New Speed Warning Sign

Dear Ed,
The new speed warning sign on the Northampton Road approach to the village seems to be doing the job in the majority of cases. But of course you will always get the complete idiots both young and not so young who think the signs do not apply to them.

Acrostic Poems about Lavendon
Entered in this year's Lavendon Show
Lavendon
A village that is
Very
Enchanting, definitely
Not boring and extremely
Decorous
Observe and hear
Nature everywhere!

Very dear to everyone
Ideal place for children to grow because there are
Lots of caring people.
Lavendon is
A quiet
Gentle
Environment!

Florence Rodwell aged 11
Lavendon is a village
Along the A428
Virtually a crossroad between: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Wellingborough
and Northampton.
Everyone knows where it is,well
Not everyone (I was exaggerating).
Doggy Poo bins available.
Of course
Not everybody uses them!

Vehicles should slow down as they enter the village
I love
Lavendon because
Lavendon is
Awesome and a
Great place to be,
Exciting place to live!

Matilda Rodwell aged 9
